Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc (“AGIT”)
The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 30 July 2015 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 219.88p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 227.74p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 140.91p
The market value of investments was GBP347.2m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP97.8m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP249.4m.
