Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that, on 5^th August 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company in London at a purchase price of £4.47 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.

Their current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:

Alan Martin, who resigned as a director and left the MJ Gleeson Group with effect from 31 July 2015, also acquired 46 shares on 5^th August, following his final contribution to the SIP prior to leaving the MJ Gleeson Group, bringing his total holding to 55,500 (0.10%).
