Sepura Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards

Sepura plc (the "Company") a leading global provider of mission-critical communications systems,   announces that, on 13 August 2015, nil cost options over ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") were granted to its Chief Executive Officer and another Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") as follows:-

Under the rules of the LTIP, these options generally vest three years from the date of grant and are subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions over the vesting period.
