Sepura plc (the "Company") a leading global provider of mission-critical communications systems, announces that, on 13 August 2015, nil cost options over ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") were granted to its Chief Executive Officer and another Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") as follows:-
