Anita Frew appointed as a Non-Executive Director of BHP Billiton Plc and BHP Billiton Limited

Croda International Plc announces that Anita Frew, Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate, has been appointed to the Boards of BHP Billiton Plc and BHP Billiton Limited as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 September 2015.  

There are no further matters to be disclosed relating to Anita Frew under Section 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
