 Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 14 August 2015 it allotted 508,205 ordinary shares of 10p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 70.57p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 20 August 2015. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The terms and conditions of the dividend reinvestment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website www.amatiglobal.com/avct_literature.php.   

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 54,483,058.
