The Board of Baronsmead VCT plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2015 was 80.30p per share.

A second interim dividend of 3.5p per share has been declared and is payable on 18 September 2015 to members on the register as of 4 September 2015.

The second interim dividend of 3.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2015 as the ex-dividend date is 3 September 2015.
