Prospectus

88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E; AIM: 88E) (“88 Energy” or “the Company”) would like to advise that pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, it has lodged a Cleansing Prospectus in relation to an offer of up to 1,000 fully paid ordinary shares to raise up to A$10.00, and 70,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.016 on or before the date which is three years from the date of issue. The Cleansing Prospectus has been issued for the purpose of removing any trading restrictions on the sale of the Shares and Options issued under Tranche 2 of the Placement announced 22 July 2015, and approved by shareholders at a General Meeting held 21 August 2015.
