("Clean Air Power" or the "Company")

Cancellation of AIM securities

Clean Air Power (AIM: CAP), announces that, further to the announcement made on 03 September 2015, Michael Morrison and Charles Thresh were appointed joint provisional liquidators ("JPLs") to the Company on 2 September 2015, by the Supreme Court of Bermuda. The proposed sale of the Company's subsidiaries to Hardstaff Dual Fuel Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Vayon Holdings Limited, referenced in the previous announcement, has now been approved by the JPLs and their action in approving the sale has been sanctioned by an Order of the Supreme Court of Bermuda.

Panmure Gordon has given notice of its resignation as Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect and in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules and the Company expects that admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled in one month.

Peat & Co. has also given notice of its resignation as joint broker with immediate effect.
