Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, Next plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 14 September 2015, certain directors ("Directors") acquired a number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company as part of a vesting of share awards under the September 2012-2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The LTIP is part of the overall structure of longer term incentives for executive directors.

* These share awards are settled net of income tax and employees national insurance contributions.
