The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 6 October 2015 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 215.05p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 217.54p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 142.63p
The market value of investments was GBP338.8m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP100.6m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP238.2m.
