UniVision (AIM; UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed circuit television and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that at the Group's annual general meeting, held on 8 October 2015 at Unit 01A, 2/F., Sunbeam Centre, 27 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, all resolutions on ordinary business were duly passed.
