 Alkane Energy PLC (AIM: ALK) announced on 16 September 2015 that the non-executive directors of the Company had agreed to resign subject to and with effect from the recommended cash offer by Barbican Bidco Limited becoming or being declared unconditional in all respects.

Further to the announcement on 14 October 2015 that the offer was declared unconditional in all respects, the resignation of Roger McDowell, Joe Darby, Dr Cameron Davies and Julia Henderson became effective on the same day.
