Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities/Share Buyback and Total Voting Rights

The Company would like to advise that on 20 October 2015 Carlos Yuste, Business Development Director, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 325 pence per share. The transaction took place in London.

As previously announced Mr. Yuste is resigning from the board as of 31st December 2015.

Mr. Yuste's resultant shareholding in the Company following the transaction is 27,425 Ordinary Shares, constituting 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

In a separate transaction, on 20 October 2015 City of London purchased for cancellation 95,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 325 pence per share.  Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital with voting rights will be 26,817,271 shares.  There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 26,817,271 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
