DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified that on 23 October 2015, Mrs Jacqueline Kenny, spouse of Don Kenny (Group Chief Executive), bought 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.3568 per Ordinary Share.

The Company was also notified that on 12 October 2015, and as part of an automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), Mrs Kenny acquired 3,160 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of £1.5464 per share. Also, on 24 April 2015, under the same DRIP, Mrs Kenny acquired 3,688 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of £1.7806 per share.

The Company was further notified that on 12 October 2015, and as part of an automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), Don Kenny acquired 1,115 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of £1.5464 per share.

Following these transactions, Don Kenny's beneficial interest in the Company is 467,110 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
