Director/PDMR Shareholding

Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which provides a range of innovative energy technologies, energy supply and energy services, announces that Clare Spottiswoode, Non-Executive Chairman, informed the Company yesterday that on that day she and her spouse each purchased 187,623 ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Ordinary Shares") at 16p per share (375,246 Ordinary Shares in aggregate) into ISA accounts and simultaneously disposed of 375,246 Ordinary Shares jointly held in a brokerage account.

Following this transaction Clare Spottiswoode's interest in the Company is unchanged at 752,287 ordinary shares comprising 0.237% of the issued share capital.
