NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY/CONNECTED PERSON

The Company was notified on 4 November 2015, that on 4 November 2015, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and his connected person acquired Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") within an ISA.

Following the purchase, the total beneficial interest in Shares held by Mark Drummond Brady and his connected persons is 115,220 shares.

The above transaction took place in London.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
