Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company would like to advise that on 9 November 2015 Carlos Yuste, Business Development Director, sold 27,425 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 336 pence per share. The transaction took place in London.

As previously announced Mr. Yuste is resigning from the board as of 31st December 2015.

Following the sale, Mr. Yuste will have no shareholding in the Company.

The Company would also like to advise that in a separate transaction on 9 November 2015 Mark Dwyer, Director of CLIG and City of London Investment Management (subject to FCA approval), purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 336 pence per share. The transaction took place in London.

Mr. Dwyer's resultant shareholding in the Company following the transaction is 25,000 Ordinary Shares, constituting 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
