SALE OF WOODLANDS

The board refers to the announcements made on 15 September 2015 and on 5 November 2015 regarding the conditional sale of Woodlands, the Group's Australian cattle-fattening property, to the Chinese Fucheng Group, for the sum of A$28 million (approximately US$20 million), of which a deposit of 10 per cent has been paid.  Further to the satisfaction of all the conditions, completion was due to have taken place by today, 18 November 2015, but, at the request of the purchaser, has now been postponed to 23 November 2015.  A further announcement will be made once settlement has taken place.
