Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 18^th November 2015 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 140,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £33.971358 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £34.18 per share and the lowest price received was £33.81 per share.
