Transaction in Own Shares

20 November 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-  

Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 20 November 2015, it purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") at an average price of 1,205.772 pence per share (minimum price of 1,197.5 pence and maximum price of 1,215.5 pence). 

The shares purchased will be cancelled.
