Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement by 88 Energy Limited ("88E" or the "Company") on 20 November 2015 regarding a strongly oversubscribed Placement to raise up to $3 million (the "Placement"), the Company confirms that application has been made for the admission to trading on both the ASX and AIM of up to 300,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares").

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on Tuesday 1 December 2015. Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company will have 2,639,306,023 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
