DEALING BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
(Disclosure made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R)
The company was notified today that Ashley Almanza, a person discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc in the UK on 27 November 2015 at £ 2.233 per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Almanza owns beneficially 150,000 G4S plc shares and also has a beneficial interest in 320,003 deferred shares which have been awarded previously under the company's annual bonus scheme but not yet released.
