Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified that today Andrew Moss, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 11.25 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Moss has a notifiable beneficial interest in 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.45 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
