Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was notified on 28 January 2016 that Mr Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, on that date bought 10,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.0275p per share through the Carter Capital Pension Scheme.

Following this transaction, Anthony Balme has a beneficial interest in 302,593,763 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.98 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
