Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 29 January 2016 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,530,977 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 78.0 pence per share.
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the 10p Ordinary shares is 133,555,641 and the issued share capital and total voting rights of the 1p D Ordinary shares is 19,082,726.
