Universe (AIM: UNG.L), a leading developer and supplier of point of sale, payment and on-line loyalty systems, announces that it has received notice that funds managed by Alto Invest hold, in aggregate, 9,450,380 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company. This represents 4.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
