The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 3 February 2016 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 191.04p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 195.90p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 145.73p
The market value of investments was GBP317.3m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP102.8m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP214.5m.
