Dividend Exchange Rate Set

Please note that the exchange rate for the final dividend previously announced on 17 December 2015 has been set at 1.465009, which will make the GBP equivalent dividend payable 2.83274 pence per share (USD dividend 4.15 cents per share) which is payable to shareholders on 19 February 2016 (to shareholders on the register on 29 January 2016).
