Dividend Declaration

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a one-off special dividend of 3 pence per share. Aeorema continues to be cash generative and this special dividend is a distribution of excess cash surplus to the operating requirements of the Company.  The special dividend will be paid on 1 April 2016 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 March 2016. The ex-dividend date will be on 10 March 2016.
