Directors Dealings

The Company announces that it was yesterday notified by John Lewis, a non-executive director in Prime, that a company owned and controlled by him and his spouse yesterday sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company for 99 pence per share.

Following the above mentioned transactions, Mr Lewis has a beneficial interest in 1,019,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.29% of the issued share capital.
