Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of AGM are being posted to shareholders.

The Company will be holding the AGM at 09.30am on Wednesday 04 May 2016, at The St Mellons Hotel, Castleton, Cardiff CF3 2XR.
