SPECTRIS plc (the “Company”)

OPTIONS EXERCISED UNDER THE SPECTRIS SAVINGS RELATED SHARE OPTION SCHEME (THE “SAYE SCHEME”) BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (“PDMRs”)

The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved plan, which enables eligible employees to acquire Spectris plc 5p ordinary shares with the proceeds of a monthly savings contract.  The contract period is three years.

On 14 April 2016 options were exercised to buy shares under the terms of the SAYE Scheme by certain PDMRs of the Company.  The options were granted on 21 September 2012 at an option price of £16.95 per share.  The options became exercisable from 1 December 2015 and expire on 1 June 2016.
