Directors' Dealings

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences technology company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces that it was informed on 21^st April 2016, that Jim Hills, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the 15^th April 2016 at a price of 5 pence per ordinary share. In addition, Mr. Hills purchased a total of 100,000 shares at a price of 4.5 pence per ordinary share and 50,000 shares at a price of 4.25 pence per ordinary share on the 21^st April 2016.

Following these transactions, Mr. Hills is now interested in 2,529,957 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.69 per cent of TyraTech issued share capital (voting rights).
