PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a). 

The Company announces the following Director and PDMRs of the Company have today been advised that they have been granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8^th April 2016 under the Company's Save As You Earn scheme.

The exercise price of options granted under the scheme is 1028.00 pence per share and the options are exerciseable for a period of 6 months from May 2019 to November 2019. 

The Save As You Earn scheme is an all employee scheme which was approved by shareholders at the 2011 Annual General Meeting and comprises a three year savings plan available to eligible employees.

This announcement is made under the UKLA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
