Confirmation of CEO Appointment

Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the top-level domain registry company, is pleased to confirm that the proposed appointment of Toby Hall as CEO and to the board as announced on 22 February 2016 was approved at the Company's board meeting on 26 April 2016.

Commenting on the changes to the board, Guy Elliott, Chairman of MMX, said:

"We are pleased that this process has completed. Toby brings an energy and vision that is allowing the Group to define a clear strategy to growth for our portfolio of top-level domains. His experience of the UK markets is also a great asset to the Company."

Toby Hall is an experienced marketeer who has supported many AIM quoted and private businesses in the Internet and natural resources sectors over the last twenty years. In this capacity, he has been an adviser to Minds + Machines Group Limited since its inception, and Chief Marketing Officer since January 2016. He divides his time between the US, UK, and Europe.

Further to his appointment to the board, the remuneration committee intends to recommend to the board that Mr Hall is granted options over ordinary shares in the Company. The remuneration committee, having taken external specialist advice, will meet in due course to determine the terms of the incentive plan and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Mr Alastair Toby Hall, aged 51, holds or has held the following directorships and/or partnerships in the previous five years:

Toby Hall was a non-executive director of shell company, Microcap Media & Public Relations Limited ("Microcap Media"), a private company incorporated in England and Wales, from 1 November 2005. On 22 August 2008, compulsory winding up proceedings under the Insolvency Act 1986 commenced, which were completed on 8 April 2014. Microcap Media was then dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 8 July 2014.

Mr Hall currently does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

No additional information relating to Mr Hall is required to be disclosed under Rule 17 or Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
