Mothercare plc announces that Legal & General Group Plc, has increased its total notifiable interest in the voting rights of Mothercare plc.
Legal & General Group plc now has an indirect interest in 8,633,138 Mothercare ordinary shares, equivalent to 5.05% of Mothercare's total voting rights.
