Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces it was informed today that on 29 April 2016, Toby Hall, CEO of the Company, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8p per ordinary share. As a result, Toby Hall is now interested in 250,000 ordinary shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
