Grant of Options

The Company announces that David Leakey, Group Sales Director, was awarded options on 4^th April 2016 over 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, pursuant to the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme, at an exercise price of 10p per share. Following this David Leakey has in total 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares.
