Currently, Susannah is a co-founder and CEO of Apprecie Limited. She is also a non-executive director at Pantheon International Plc and a member of the investment committee of private equity fund Impact Ventures UK.

The Company also announces that Christopher Moorsom will be stepping down following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2016.  Commenting on the board changes, Julian Avery, chairman, said "I am delighted that Susannah has agreed to join our board. Her financial services background, and the wide range of experience which she will bring, will, I know, be of considerable benefit to the Company. At the same time I must thank Christopher for his very significant contribution to the Company over many years. His wise counsel, extensive knowledge of the investment markets, and insightful comments, have been a source of real strength. He has been a much valued board colleague and we will miss him."
