Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which provides innovative energy technologies, energy supply and energy services, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("2015 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were posted to Shareholders today.
The 2015 Annual Report and Accounts are also available on the Company's website: www.flowgroup.uk.com
The AGM will be held at South Kiln Felaw Maltings, 42 Felaw Street, Ipswich, IP2 8SQ on Thursday 23 June 2016 at 10.00 am.
