The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 19 May 2016 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 203.88p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 210.38p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 148.52p
The market value of investments was GBP335.4m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP105.0m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP230.4m.
