Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Company was notified on 25 May 2016 that, on 24 May 2016, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and sold all of the resulting Shares at the price shown below.  The options are over existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust.

The above transaction took place in London.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
