The Restaurant Group plc announces that Graham Clemett, who joins the Board as non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee on 1 June 2016, acquired 14,218 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 May 2016 at a price of £3.51 per share.  

Mr Clemett's beneficial holding in The Restaurant Group plc is 14,218 shares.
