Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has today purchased 25,000 of its Ordinary shares at 630.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 22,836,534 Ordinary shares.

This figure (22,836,534) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
