Appointment of a non-executive director

Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM:OCL, "OCIL"), the AIM-listed company established to provide investors with access to the investment strategy being pursued by Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P, announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held on 7 June 2016, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. 

OCIL today also announced the appointment of Caroline Foulger to the Board of the Company as a non-executive director.

Caroline Foulger was previously a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, holding the position of Insurance & Reinsurance Industry Leader of PwC Bermuda and leading the firm's Bermuda government and public sector practices.

She currently serves as a non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair on the board of Hiscox Limited, a specialist insurer, is a non-executive director and Governance Committee Chair of The Butterfield Group, a full service community bank, is a non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair of Catalina Holdings.  She is also a non-executive director of the Bermuda Business Development Agency. Ms. Foulger is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
