The Company was notified today by Beverley Wright, Chief Financial Officer, that earlier today she purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.25 pence per share.

Following this purchase Beverley Wright holds 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
