Director / PDMR Shareholding

Aukett Swanke Group Plc ("the Company")

The Company was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, a director of the Company, that on 30 June 2016 he gifted 400,000 of his ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital) to his wife.

As a result, Nicholas Thompson's holding remains unchanged at 16,702,411 ordinary shares, representing 10.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
