 Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 22 July 2016 it allotted 84,259 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 111.85p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 28 July 2016. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 32,062,570.
