On 25 July 2016 Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of the AVEVA Group Employee Benefit Trust 2008 (the "EBT") purchased 2,160 ordinary shares of 35/9 pence each in AVEVA Group plc ("shares"). These shares were purchased in the market in order to enable the EBT to satisfy options to be granted under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme (the "Deferred Share Scheme") to the five above-named PDMRs.
These options serve as the mechanism to deliver shares on a deferred basis to recipients as a deferred bonus in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
