Change of Auditor

Image Scan, the AIM-listed specialist supplier of X-ray screening systems to the security and industrial inspection markets, is pleased to announce, subject to approval at the next Annual General Meeting, the appointment of BDO LLP as auditor for the 2016 financial year. 

This move provides Image Scan with local support from one of the country's leading AIM auditors at a similar cost.  The East Midland team of BDO offer a wider range of skills and expertise which Image Scan can draw upon as the company seeks to grow and expand.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to extend its appreciation and gratitude to the outgoing auditors Wilkins Kennedy LLP for its services rendered to the Company for the past years. In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Wilkins Kennedy LLP has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation as auditor that should be drawn to the attention of the Company's shareholders.
